D&S Home Care Agency is a Provider of Infusion Therapy services in the Nassau and Westchester counties of New York State. It was developed for the following goals and purposes:

a) To provide the highest exceptional quality health care to patients in the comfort of their home.

b) To protect the interests of the patient, their families and the general public with respect to Home Health Care services.

c) To Establish and maintain the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, honor and character among our Nurses and Administrative staff.

d) To efficiently manage patient care, providing quality outcomes and controlling costs.

e) To provide culturally sensitive care to individuals in an environment which will allow them to recover faster, promote independence, dignity and well being in the comfort of their own home.

f) Occasionally provide charitable care to patient's who are unable to pay for their nursing visits.
